User Agreement
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Terms of Service and all Applicable Laws and regulations.
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Melissa Caouette Consulting Inc. o/a Pocket Lobbyist, ("Company/Organization"), and the user ("User") accessing the online cohort platform ("Platform"). This Agreement governs the User's access to and use of the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, the User agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
Access and Use
- The Company/Organization grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Platform solely for the purposes of participating in the online cohort.
- The User agrees not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates this Agreement.
User Obligations
- The User agrees to maintain the confidentiality of their login information and not to share it with any third party.
- The User agrees not to distribute or share any resources, materials, or content accessed through the Platform with any third party without the express written consent of the Company/Organization.
Intellectual Property
- All content, materials, and resources provided through the Platform are the intellectual property of the Company/Organization or its licensors. The User acknowledges and agrees that they have no ownership rights in such content, materials, or resources.
- The User agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content, materials, or resources accessed through the Platform without the express written consent of the Company/Organization.
Termination
- The Company/Organization reserves the right to terminate or suspend the User's access to the Platform at any time for any reason without prior notice.
- Upon termination or suspension, the User's right to access and use the Platform shall immediately cease, and the User must cease all use of the Platform and destroy any copies of materials obtained from the Platform.
Governing Law
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Alberta, Canada.
Entire Agreement
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Company/Organization regarding the User's access to and use of the Platform.
Amendments
- The Company/Organization reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the Platform. The User's continued use of the Platform after such amendments have been posted shall constitute the User's acceptance of the amended terms.

Acceptance
- By accessing or using the Platform, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Return Policy
This Return Policy ("Policy") governs the return and refund process for participation in the online cohort ("Cohort") provided by Melissa Caouette Consulting Inc. o/a Pocket Lobbyist ("Company/Organization"). By participating in the Cohort, the participant ("Participant") agrees to be bound by this Policy.
No Refunds
- All fees paid by the Participant for the Cohort are non-refundable.
- The Company/Organization does not offer any refunds for the Cohort under any circumstances, including but not limited to Participant dissatisfaction, inability to complete the Cohort or any other reason.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- The Company/Organization reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the Cohort at its sole discretion. In the event of such changes, the Participant will be notified promptly.
- If the Company/Organization cancels the Cohort, the Participant will not be entitled to a refund, but may be offered the opportunity to participate in a future Cohort or receive alternative compensation determined by the Company/Organization.
Participant Responsibilities
- It is the responsibility of the Participant to ensure they meet the prerequisites and requirements for the Cohort before enrolling.
- The Participant acknowledges that their participation in the Cohort is voluntary and that they have made an informed decision to enroll, understanding the non-refundable nature of the fees paid.
